What we collect
When you request an invitation we collect the details you enter in the form: name, work email, LinkedIn URL, organisation, role, the description you choose for yourself, what you are working on, who would be valuable for you to meet, an optional referral name, and any dietary or accessibility needs you tell us about. We also record the time you gave consent and your browser user agent.
Why we collect it
We use it to review requests, to plan the room, and to send venue details to approved guests. We do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
The organising team. Attendee names are never published. Partner organisations receive no attendee data without explicit consent.
How long we keep it

Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to hello@privatefrontier.com.
Recording and photography
The programme runs under the Chatham House Rule. There is no recording. Photography is limited to arrival.
